Terms and Conditions of Hire
Hire Terms
- Hire rates are for the stated period on the invoice or longer by prior arrangement.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring equipment is suitable for the age and skills of children using it.
- The equipment remains the sole and absolute property of Super Kids.
- The hirer shall not sell, assign, pledge, sublet, lend, or part with possession of the equipment.
- The hirer must protect the product against distress, execution, or seizure and indemnify the owner against all losses.
Safety Precautions
- Super Kids encourages safe play and requires parent discretion.
- No sharp objects, jewellery, shoes, bikes, or tricycles are allowed on the equipment.
- Older children should not throw equipment or use it to hit others.
- Children must be barefoot to prevent slipping.
- Super Kids is not responsible for injuries during hire time.
- Customers must supervise children at all times.
Weather Conditions
- Super Kids is not responsible for unforeseen weather conditions affecting the hire equipment or event.
- Customers must monitor weather forecasts, take precautions, and keep equipment dry in rain.
- Rain protection coverings will be supplied and must be used to protect the equipment.
- Heat protection: equipment can become extremely hot in direct sunlight; set up in shaded areas on hot days and apply sunscreen to children.
Liability
- Super Kids shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss or injury arising from breach of duty, contract, or failure to comply with instructions.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged products must be replaced at the hirer's expense immediately. If parts are lost, cost of part or whole product will be charged. Normal wear and tear is acceptable. In the event of loss or theft of the items supplied, the hirer must provide the following:
(a) A police report in the case of theft;
(b) A signed statement in the case of loss.
